Kirtan is the call-and-response repetition of mantra, set to musical accompaniment of harmonium, drum and tambourine. Simple, yet profound, this practice is known to evoke deeply meditative states, powerful emotional experiences, and is also quite a lot of fun. Kirtan cultivates mental focus, breath control, and community immersion all at once.

Pregnancy and birth is a deep transformational journey and should be regarded as such. I offer emotional and spiritual support during pregnancy and the labor process, studio membership to assist in self care, and placenta encapsulation/tincture after birth to foster reconnection to the body + vital nutrients. I will be a voice & advocate for you so you can have the birthing experience you desire and deserve.

Placenta Encapsulation

30 minutes @ $275.00

The placenta is created exclusively through pregnancy and serves as a powerhouse for all the nutrient dense foods, protein and vitamins you consume throughout this time. Consuming your placenta during the postpartum experience will allow you to regain some of this energy. Some benefits may include: enhanced milk supply, expedited healing time, ease of baby blues, increased energy and stamina.

*I am available to pick up your placenta from your birth location and process and return it within 24-72 hours.
